WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

Free Shipping on orders in the U.S.
Orders placed with Free Ground Shipping will ship within 1-2 business days.
All orders qualify for full refunds, merchandise credit, or exchanges for full price merchandise for up to 14 days after purchase.

But not only do we want to get it to you on time, we want to make sure we are using a reliable courier so the experience for you is the best possible. Free Shipping
Sign up for our Sonic Club (it's free to sign up) and get fast, free shipping on most orders over $69.9 in the continental US for free. 

Clearance items will always require paid shipping, regardless of membership status.

Signature Requirement
All orders shipped through  prondostorage.com are shipped with signature required by default unless otherwise requested. Please reach out to us in advance of your order being shipped if you would like it shipped without a signature.

 prondostorage.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen when a package is requested to be shipped without a signature requirement.

Damaged or Missing Packages
 prondostorage.com must be made aware of any issues with delivery within 24 hours of delivery. Damaged or missing items after the 24 hour period while need to be handled under manufacturer warranty or through a claim with the courier.

International Shipping
Some items sold on Headphones.com are eligible for international shipping. Unfortunately due to specific restrictions from our vendors, we are unable to ship everything on  prondostorage.com internationally.

Shipping prices can be seen at checkout and are calculated based on your location.

International returns do not receive pre-paid shipping labels and are shipped at the buyer's expense.  prondostorage.com is not responsible for items lost in transit.

If you use a freight forwarder or third-party shipping service,  prondostorage.com's liability for damage, loss, or theft ends upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for damage occurring during reshipment or for any export compliance issues arising from the forwarder's actions.

International Purchases of Electronics
All electronics purchased from  prondostorage.com will feature the standard US 120V configuration and are made for the US market (including plugs). Depending on your location, you may need a different configuration. 

Import Taxes and Freight Processing Fees
 prondostorage.com is not responsible for any import taxes or processing fees specific to your country.

Refusal to pay any import taxes and/or processing fees may result in your package being returned to us. In this case, you will be charged for two-way freight charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Additionally, refusal to pay any import taxes and/or processing fees may result in your package being destroyed by your local post office or customs. If this occurs, any requests for refunds will be rejected.

For a seamless delivery experience, we advise all customers to be aware of their country's import regulations and fees before placing an order.

How Soon Will My Order Ship
We strive for every item we have on the website to be in stock and ready to ship Within three days. So if your order is in stock and you place your order before 1pm PST, it will ship that same day, Monday-Friday. At this time we do not offer shipping on weekends.

Sometimes, we like to give our customers the opportunity to place orders on backordered items or pre-orders. In those situations, it will be clearly written on the page that the product is backordered or available for pre-order. Pre-order and backordered items will be shipped out once the item is back in stock on a first come, first serve basis.

We started  prondostorage.com, they wanted to create the audio store they wished existed. As headphone enthusiasts, they dreamed of a store with 365-day returns. 

So they decided they were going to try to make 365-day returns work - no matter how ridiculous it sounded to their friends. Years later, they're still doing it, and their friends still think they're crazy.

So take some time to get to know your new gear. We want you to enjoy your purchase for years, not just a few weeks. If you're not satisfied, you can return items in like-new condition for up to 365 days.

Returns initiated and dropped off with the courier in the first 30 days from date of receipt will be refunded back to your original payment method. After 30 days have passed, refunds will be processed as a store credit.

Returns process
Returning is easy, just fill out our returns form. For warranty issues, please email service@ prondostorage.com. Warranty exchanges through the portal will be automatically cancelled. Please include your serial number and a detailed reason for your return. If you do not provide a return reason, your return may be rejected. 

When your return is accepted you will receive a return label. A refund to your original payment method or store credit will be processed once your item has been received and inspected by our team. The inspection process can take up to 5-7 business days.

Even though  prondostorage.com provides the return label, you are responsible for making sure the return arrives at Headphones.com. If the return does not arrive,  prondostorage.com can not process your refund.

The return label will be issued to your original purchasing address. The package must be dropped off in the state that matches the return label issued.

Once you have received your return label, you have 7 business days to drop off your return. If your return has not been dropped off at the courier within 7 days, an additional 30% restocking fee will apply. If your return is not dropped off within 30 days, your return will no longer be accepted.

Defective Items

If you are returning a defective product, the product must be repaired under manufacturer's warranty before a refund is issued. If the manufacturer claims the product cannot be repaired under warranty due to damage outside of warranty, the product will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Return eligibility
Your item must be in like-new condition with its original packaging, accessories and manuals. Please use a shipping box to protect the original packaging during shipping.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

Final sale items
Special order items
Open-box items
Limited Edition Items
Clearance items
Item re-purchased after returning once (ie. Purchase and return a Sennheiser HD 600, if purchased again it would not be eligible for returns).
Price-matched items
Merchandise (Clothing, hats, desk mats, etc...)
Accessories, such as ear pads, Capra straps and ear tips (for hygienic reasons)
Gift Cards / Store Credit
These items are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Items marked as clearance are sold without a warranty guarantee.

*Headphones.com has the right to refuse returns on any items returned dirty, damaged or without its original packaging or accessories.

Cryptocurrency
If you paid with cryptocurrency, we will refund you either (1) the exact amount of cryptocurrency used to make the purchase or (2) the original USD purchase amount at our discretion.

Restocking Fees
Updated on June 5th, 2025. Policy update applies to orders placed after this date.

Restocking fees are something we've never wanted to charge and have always felt directly against the spirit of our customer-focused return policy. Which is why, we're eliminating them. 

Now, we only have fees if you exceed our return threshold in a 365-day period, return something that is filthy or received a free gift with your purchase:

Missing Accessories or original packaging  - Not Returnable
Earwax or Dirty headphones  +25%
Return of more than 2 items in a 365-Day Period  +25%
Failure to ship item within 7 days of receiving return label  +30% 
Free product with order - Full retail value of free gift will be deducted
Cancellations
All Affirm / Shop-Pay financing orders have a 5% cancellation fee. 

For all other payment methods, your first cancellation is free. Subsequent cancellations have a 5% cancellation fee. We understand that sometimes life happens and an order needs to be cancelled, but we pay a non-refundable payment processing fee for each transaction.

Special order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Special order items may ship earlier or later than the estimated shipping window and this will not be accepted as grounds for cancellation.

Policy Abuse
In order to provide a 365-day return policy, we need to take abuse seriously. 

We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers we believe have abused, or will abuse, our return policy, at our discretion. This includes customers who spread returns across multiple accounts.

We made our return policy to help you find gear you feel great about for a long time. Most people use it exactly as intended. We don't want the handful of people who attempt to abuse our policy to ruin it for everyone else.
